I'm a row 20 over 21 for two reasons
1. I think it is rude to recline into economy
2. As tight as economy is, you will have a lot more push/kick/feedback on the back of your chair from the row behind 21

(not saying you recline - but I have a certain friend who does and yes, he is short... )
