This a personal preference question. If you find standard E+ more than sufficient then 10A is fine as a window seat (I prefer aisles). I also prefer exit rows for the 3-4 extra inches -- allowing the personal item in the under-seat space and still plenty of leg/foot space (am average height / inseam). Also, prefer the seat in front does not recline. But those are my personal preferences.
