I just had the new PJs on EWR-HKG. A 16 hour flight so definitely welcomed the change of clothes to be more comfortable and also try to get some zzz's.
I like the new PJs. I don't miss the pocket at all but honestly hadn't noticed it. The logo on the t-shirt is fine. And honestly, I think UA does it because they want people to see their brand if the passenger is too lazy to change out of their PJs before entering the airport. Yes, I've seen this in the past.
I was a S/M in the previous version and still a S/M in the latest even though the drawstring waistband is gone.

I saw one guy doing what sounded to be four back-to-back SFO/SIN segments show up to board already wearing the PJ top (+ basketball shorts instead of the bottoms). He had the rest of his clothing in a Hudson News bag and just one other small tote bag. To top it off, he got the attention of a GS agent somehow to come and escort him aboard a couple minutes early.
