Spoke with AA this morning to see if there was any way to reinstate the ticket.
Explained my entire situation and provided both record locators.
Thankfully I was connected to a very competent AA agent and after a 10min hold my booking was reinstated and fully ticketed
I've never seen zombie tickets like these before but I guess there's a first time for everything
