Other than the gate agent at MSP no one from American Airlines gave a crap about what was going on. Not the folks at the customer service kiosk, not the folks at the call center, and definitely not the supervisor. From beginning to end they displayed the worst in company culture. I’ve seen enough to know they have issues from the top down.
