I think you have a good chance of credit. First, I is listed as a creditable biz class fare on both airlines (this was the major problem in the other thread). Second, the AA chart doesn't list any invalid flight numbers, and based on my experience and other research on this forum, AS seems to credit based on the *operating* carrier.

Save your boarding passes and receipt. If possible, also print a receipt from the ticket machine at the airport. Then submit afterwards for manual credit.
