Hello. Just want to ask, has anyone, like, ANyone, tried to renewal their
回鄉証, HRP, home return permit outside of HK and succeed? I saw a case in page one about LA, I am personally in London, but I couldn't find any information online about a successful case, or guidance towards getting one, I am sure there are 10s and 1000s of HKers who would like to travel back to China straight away for tourist purpose and not having to travel back to HK just for renewal. Anyone?
Please, I really need an answer as mine is about to be expired soon.
