I can say that both Pre-Check and Clear lines at South entrance were a mess this morning. I don't really find CLEAR to be much of an advantage anymore - having my face/print scanned is not any faster than handing my ID and boarding pass to the TSA agent, and now that so many travelers have Clear, it's often faster to just use TSA Pre Check at MSP.
This is my conclusion as well. It can cut a 3-minute wait to 1 minute, but it can just as easily turn a 10-minute PreCheck line into a 15-minute wait. The savings are too minimal to make up for the times it objectively takes longer. I canceled in June.
