Believe it or not, that is actually the default screen. Safeway actually makes the pin pads display a screen without the logos. I know this because I've booted a pin pad not connected to the network and I saw the same screen, which went away once it connected to the network and downloaded the "clean" screen.
The "clean" screen at least has the four virtual lights at the top.
