At KIX, FUK, NGO you pretty much never see a DL aircraft other than 767 anymore.

I think only from a few destinations DL may have aircraft other than 767s, like LAX-HND that you mention.
Delta is using mostly new planes out of Seattle now and they also timed the flight such that your connection out of SEA is on A220. I have done quite a few A220->A350... A350->A220. A220->A330neo, then A330neo-A220. I believe only SEA-KIX is on 767, the rest of Japan bound flights are on new planes. SEA-ICN seem to be running on a newish 767. I think bulk of the 767 have be placed on European flights.
