I remember when I was in ORD, a friend of mine later told me that I was paged a few times but I never heard anything, they had to tell me about a standby flight that I could of took -- of course, I didn't hear my name paged, let alone anyone else paged or any other anouncements besides the usual "keep your eyes on your bag" jargon. Sometimes I wonder if they really do page these people....i'm sure they have to...why would they say they would do it and just pretend?!?
