It's not... No complaints about Win7 other than some random USB weirdness that Windows does from time to time. It's that Windows 10 is more of a downgrade than upgrade, and Microsoft doesn't seem to understand, or doesn't seem to be capable of fixing the mess. Some of the leaked memos & such I've seen online seem to indicate the latter.
