Since QF , unless it has changed, only allows QF2 to be booked as a single sector, then you will need availability for the sector LHR-SYD and not be able to book it as 2 sectors

You cannot just upgrade LHR-SIN or SIN-SYD since it is not ticketed as 2 sectors
