Am I the only one to find that Cityflyer often just misses the mark with its catering? Flying EDI/LCY earlier today there was a well meaning cold salmon entree - but dry, and with the rice of the salad too 'al dente'.... But the really frustrating thing for me (as a Brit living in the US) was the appearance of clotted cream, then a warm scone... but no jam?! When is a cream tea not a cream tea....??
