If my only choices are rows 1, 7 or 10, I would take 10, then 7 and lastly 1. Row 1 is right behind the front gallery and I feel there is more talking and meal preparation (clinking and clanging) among the FA's there, but you do get served first. 7 is behind the middle galley and bathrooms and my experience is there is less noise than row 1, and you are close to two bathrooms. While I've only been in Row 10 once, I did not get any noise from the PE section, so I didn't mind it at all, but you are served last in the is row.
