Anyone know if the card has to still be open to get the referral bonus? Surprisingly, the T&Cs don't mention it.
If it matters, I'm interested in the Amex Surpass Hilton business card referrals; however, given the 1099s for referral bonus it isn't worth paying the annual fee just for the bonus.
