My family and I really enjoyed this property. We spent four nights on a cash reservation in a 3BR villa that was variously referred to as "ocean view" or "coastline view" in various communications from the hotel. We found staff attitudes to be great, the pool area was much better than we expected, and the location is convenient to plenty of activities, shopping, and dining. We wish there had been more food options on-site, and were a little disappointed that room service came in cheapy little cardboard to-go containers (like many Marriotts are doing with "fresh bites", although this was billed as full-on room service). But the room was great and all the food we had was delicious.

I would definitely recommend it, and place it miles above the Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, the only other Autograph Collection property I've stayed at on Hawaii.
