I have the passport button on an upcoming flight booked on JAL Website. However, I also don't have the passport button on an award booking made using Alaska miles.
OP could try bringing the reservation up on the Finnair website and update passenger details.
as I said that button has long been gone. JAL made that change a while back to remove that and couple other buttons for OP’s case.
