Now having said that, when I arrived at the Marriott at Circular Quay in Sydney at 7:30 am, I was checked-in and upgraded to a Junior Suite. My keycard was programmed for lounge access. I went to the lounge and enjoyed a nice breakfast.
I could see the roster on the reception desk for all the rooms that had lounge access. I was politely asked for my room number. I provided it and advised that I had just checked in so I wouldn't be on the list. She penciled it in at the bottom of the list and welcomed me in.
