They used to have an actual travel agency with agents, but I heard they outsourced to Expedia and are now useless. (I used to be able to call and construct a ticket - haven't tried recently.)

As a GS, do you not have more mundane personal travel on which you can redeem UR points? They're not special so they don't need to be saved for inspirational travel and domestic F should work just fine
