Have any FTers experienced issues adding API information via the JAL website several days out before a flight?

Basically, I booked my JAL flight (departing in two weeks) via BA.com, but there is no facility seemingly via BA.com to add API information for this partner airline. Fortunately, I have found my booking on the JAL site, too, but again there seems to be no obvious means of entering API information when inside "Manage my booking"?

Has anyone else had this issue? And, if so, is there either a workaround for this or else perhaps I am doing something incorrectly?

Any advice at all would be gratefully received.
