Airport upgrade - how are miles credited?
Sometimes I upgrade from D to F (LX or LH) at the airport, but looks pretty random how miles are credited:
For LH it seems I often get F miles, independent of where I upgrade (at airport, over phone or bid).
For LX it seems I rarely get F miles...? Especially miss the HON miles :-)
