I can’t tell if the I-D MCT has gotten smaller or there’s a fluke in the system. On aa.com it offers an AKL-LAX-SFO for most of Nov that arrives LAX at 6:35 AM and departs at 8:15AM (ie a 1hr40min connection). The option disappears on Nov 21 when the LAX-SFO shifts 8 min later (and remains a 737).
Standard I-D MCT for AA at LAX looks to be 1:30 with the exception of HND/NRT/PEK/PVG/HKG which is 1:45.
