Quick Note: For anyone looking for restaurant recommendations in Whistler, I could 100% recommend Araxi or the slightly more casual same-owner/next-door Bar Oso. Has some excellent Tapas and is run by Spaniards.

Also I have to say that while the FS might win in the summer, in the winter the Fairmont wins because of its location alone.
