VivaAerobus had a schedule change that shifted my 8:45am flight to a 10:10pm flight. That messes up my itinerary, but thankfully there's a similarly timed flight to my original one on another airline. When I called Viva they said I could have a credit but not a refund since the flight was still going to get me there within 24 hours and it wasn't a cancellation.
Now I noticed the flight number changed too, not just the time - doesn't that mean it is actually a cancellation?
I'm guessing I just have to eat the ticket cost and book myself a flight on a better airline, but before I give up I thought I'd ask here to see if anyone thinks it's worth calling again to see if I get a different answer.
