Anyone having issues with SW hotel bookings with the SW performance card not getting 3X points credit because they appear as booking.com on your chase statement? I got the SW performance card and booked 5 separate hotel dates worth about $2800 via SW. I got receipt and confirmation from Southwesthotels. However because their partner is booking.com it's appearing as a booking.com booking and Chase basically credited 1X for the 2800 and not the remaining 5600 points for booking on SW platform.
I had strategically booked those hotels to get the points to complete my my spend and get the companion pass as well. Chase has been giving me the runaround and trying to punt this to Southwest. I keep telling Chase that they process the transactions and send the points to SW. Three phone calls and a SM to Chase and all I've gotten are responses saying I booked on booking.com which does not get 3X points. This is being escalated, of course because this is a technical glitch from Chase on how they recognize SW hotel bookings on Southwests' website.
