Ordered one for my grandson and received it 4 days later. It arrived in a very nice gift box with tissue wrapping inside. I am happy with it - It is small but it’s meant for small people. The backpack is of good quality but I’m sure that you could buy one for much less elsewhere - it just wouldn’t have BA planes on it. I wouldn’t really worry about the fact it’s personalised - any child of an age to wear it should never be out of arms reach.
