The front desk manager was rude and refused to upgrade to a suite even though they were available, telling me he wanted to keep them to try to sell. They went unsold... Executive lounge was fine, nothing to write home about. Overall a generic Marriott with unexceptional staff. That being said, the location was good and the hotel served its purpose. I would stay there again under the same circumstances but with low expectations.
