The BA lounge in GRU is seriously grim, with staff to match. It's also hell if you're a smoker, as no smoking area. Last time I flew in from SCL on the LA flight I found that the AA lounge was open. It's not particularly pleasant but was more bearable than BA's. All subjective stuff, naturally
