Sometimes this happens, when no Business Class tickets are sold. A Euro-J configured aircraft being operated with all Y pax, even on routes that TK does operate Business Class.
I had the same thing on a Lufthansa A320 from Bilbao to Frankfurt and on an Aegean A320 from Athens to Istanbul where no Business Class tickets were sold and the flight only contained Economy Class passengers. The curtain rested open throughout both flights.

But since you are checking in for a flight, I doubt the leasing of Ryanair planes will happen that quickly... probably IT hiccup then
I have heard the Ryanair rumor as well but I think that they would start leasing those aircraft, early 2020. They would need those extra birds during the summer season.
By the way, all Turkish Airlines aircraft equipped entirely with 3-3 config should have a curtain, however, AnadoluJet birds don't have curtains in the cabin and they are only operating those AJ birds at TK domestic routes and AJ flights.

The news about TK leasing Ryanair aircraft ( only available in Turkish )
