It looks like I likely flew my final Mad Dog flight (AA 347 DFW-RDU) back on 8/1. This my 30th year flying AA, and it is a safe bet that I’ve flown over 1m miles just on the MD80. Great, comfortable plane. The one thing I won’t miss: the seat recline lever in F would occasionally catch on my pants pocket, ripping the seam when I sat down. Over the years, I probably ruined half a dozen pants that way. 😡
