The online seat selection map is only a representation. There is no configuration that has a bulkhead, then a single row of seats that are an exit. It is possible the seat map you posted displays the way it does because the
rows are actually staggered on the aircraft - they don't line up 3-3-3 across the cabin. The seat map I posted shows how the rows are staggered from each other.
