Mine is to not pay for any of them, unless you really really want the extra room in 2 C/D. It’s definitely not worth paying for any other row, I’m 6”4 and am quite happy with the leg/knee room in the other seats

If it changes to an E170 then the case for paying to sit in row 1 is stronger.
