Just to be clear - I was talking about load limit of each bin. I imagine this limit is set by manufacturer for safety reasons, so lids do not open or bins separate from ceiling in bad weather. I assume that if it was perfectly safe to go say 100% above that limit, the label inside each bin would say "Load limit 80 Kg" instead of 39.
