Off topic: WD-40 is great for removing all kinds of sticky things. Car parking stickers, file cabinet labels, bumper stickers, etc.

Nothing makes an office look old and ratty like a bunch of partly-peeled off labels on office furniture. Just apply a little WD-40, massage around the edges and with patience all those crappy old labels will peel right off. Then take some window cleaner to finish the job.
