How do I do this? I can't work out how to do it online. Do I have to use the call center? Is there a special term for this kind of reward ticket plus double voucher booking?
So a total of 3 persons? If so, you can only use one companion voucher for yourself and one companion; you will need to purchase a separate ticket for the other companion.
If you have 3 companions then you could use both vouchers for a total of four people paying full avois price for yourself and full avois for one other person and using the vouchers (and paying taxes, fees, and surcharges) for the other two persons. You can do this online.

From the voucher rules:
A Member who has two valid vouchers on their account has the option to redeem both of them on one flight, but must do so across two bookings. The Avios flight price must be paid for the Member and an additional individual in order that the 2 Companions can travel on that booking. If booking for the Member and an additional 2 companions (grand total of 3 passengers) then the booking will need to be processed through the contact centre.
