If you have to enter Korea - ABSOLUTELY not. Completely impossible. If your bags can go to final destination - and you can visit transfer desk for next flight boarding pass - NO. Because if you land at 6:30, you need to be checked in 1 hr before the flight - so you would NOT make it to get boarding pass in time.
If you can check bag to final destination AND do online check in/mobile boarding pass, then yes you'll be fine - PRESUMING NO DELAYS.
So the short simple answer - VERY VERY VERY RISKY.
