I am assuming no Priority Pass lounge = ( and is there a Burger King around?
The transfer process is not similar to Atatürk Airport and it's much easier in Istanbul Airport. There is a dedicated International to Domestic passport control area which would directly take you to the domestic departures area. There are dedicated booths and security lanes for international to domestic transfer passengers. This is located at the left-hand side of the passport control hall at the arrivals level.
There are no Priority Pass lounges within the airport, however, there is a Burger King at the domestic food court and at several points within the international departures level.
Remark: I've asked the moderator to merge this thread with the "Transferring at IST" thread.
