I am almost deaf on my left ear, so 50B would be better for me of simple practicality of being able to hear the FA's.

53K is an option as I have my noise-cancelling headset.

All input appreciated.
There is slightly more legroom on 50B. The toilets are ahead of you but these won’t bother you. But the people going past you might and you are in an aisle seat. 53K is a rear facing window seat but with direct aisle access without climbing over anyone.
At the end of the day, it’s a personal preference, but for me, if you are travelling alone, 53K would be better and since you are rear facing, the FA will be talking to you either from in front of you or from you right through the divider, so should not be an issue.
