I respect that we all have different opinions particularly when it comes to service (although I've never had bad service at Cerise) but it's hard to relate to an opinion that there's not enough variety of food.
The breakfast buffet has incredible variety. Better than Conrad HK. Below photo is just a fraction of their offerings, and then there's the a la carte cooked-to-order choice on top of that. Just croissants alone, they had 3 different kinds. For dim sum, they had 4-5 different kinds... sticky rice thing in a wrapper, shaomai, hargao, char siu bao. They also have various cereal, many types of cheese and nuts, traditional Japanese items, curry, salad bar (although I wish they had more interesting dressings), fruits, smoothie, egg benedict.
