Spent four nights a month ago on both points and cash. It was a great value as Miraval was running a few summer specials and I took advantage. 50% of uses points were rebated back. I recieved them back in my account in two weeks or so. Also, I got a $250 statement credit for spending $500 on my Chase Hyatt CC. Also, the room rate was on steep discount.

The only downside was the dry heat peaking at 110F. Resort was 50-60% occupied and supposedly many of the popular practioners and gurus take the summer off. Who can blame them foe not wanting to work in the heat.

I definatley recommend. Serene and low key upscale resort with earnest staff, great spa, and pretty good healthy food. Details below:

Airport pickup was easy as you go to curbside there is somebody waiting with your name. Luckily only one other couple we had to wait for. Was a comfortable van ride.

Check in
Thanked for loyalty and given Globalist suite upgrade. Probably easy to get since summer is low season.

The Suite
Looked and felt pretty new. Lots of grey and earth tones. Plenty of room, nice bathroom and fun hot tub outside. There are many room types and some ...... villas that looked amazing.

Nice place for late night wine

Food
We really loved the food. My girl couldnt get enough of the various smoothies. All food was fresh and well prepared. Very tasty baked goods at each meal.

The Resort

The Spa and experiences

To each his own. My massage was fine. My girl did activities with horses, some indigenoue treatment and saw some healer lady. She enjoyed them all.

Once was good for me but girls wants to go solo every year.
