Customer service phone line not working.
Called MVP line, would not accept touch tone mileage plan number, could not understand my voice. Eventually it worked after calling back, chose call back instead of waiting. Upon call back would not accept touch tone or voice commands. Called on spouse's phone. Got an agent by pressing *. She could not hear me and then hung up. Called friend on phone and no problems hearing.
Edited to Add: I was calling 800-401-6012.
