I didn’t turn up for a flight that I’d checked into indeed I booked another to a different airport whilst in the lounge. A while later I saw the click on refund button and it brings up all your bookings so I selected the relevant booking and applied for a refund.
I had had an email asking for e-ticket number then a week after that I was told that £27.32 had been refunded to my card for a £38 fare with no admin fee taken off. I wasn’t offloaded from the flight. (I did tell lounge staff but they didn’t want to know)
