We just used Five Star in ORD and would have paid for AUS too, if it had been available. My 92 yr old father decided to join us for a family wedding and everyone had already flown out to Chicago. Dad is pretty healthy, but he is 92 (and a very proud man, of course. No wheelchair for this WWII vet!) It was worth every dollar to have someone personally greet him at the gate at ORD and get him all the way to the pick up location and wait until we arrived.
In Austin, he managed because the airport is small, but it was stressful (probably more for me than him!) for him to get through security and find the gate early in the morning. It would have been nice if there had been someone to walk him through and then hang out with him until boarding, He did arrive a full 2 hours before his flight. Of course.
