Yep, they are great to us regulars. Several now bring me a glass of Champagne when they spot me coming and before I have had time to sit down let alone ask anything! The old BA team were really brilliant, sadly, only a couple of them have stayed (and are still very kind to the likes of you, brunos, and me I suspect). For better or worse, this is a route where a number of the premium class visitors have a bad reputation with staff (both onboard and on the ground) for being fairly demanding and sometimes bordering on unreasonable (it is not the only such route, but it is one of them), so nice and trouble less people in general, and local regulars in particular often get treated very nicely!
