What's weird is not your gender but that you are only going for one night. There is no way you can get a decent feeling for what the place is like in less than a 3-4 day stay.
Fair point on the briefness of the stays. I could stay there my whole work trip but I'll be busy 9-6 so that kind of defeats the point. I was just going to add one day on. Anymore, and I would have to explain to my wife why I went to a wellness resort by myself.
