I've not been to Miraval yet but I have been to its main (and similar) competitor, Canyon Ranch, a number of times. I'm a man!
What's weird is not your gender but that you are only going for one night. There is no way you can get a decent feeling for what the place is like in less than a 3-4 day stay.
