The baggage you take with you on the train, you will have a seat in 1st class. Then you can drop it off at the train station at a special counter (or, I suppose in FCT...). Duffel bag will stay with you in the train then.
When you arrive at FRA airport train station you will take the escalator up two levels. Follow the signs to the terminal. You will walk into large hallway / corridor connecting the train station building with the terminal. On the right side is a small check-in area where you can drop of you luggage which is probably more comfortable than dragging your luggage all the way to the first class terminal. It is quite a walk from the train station to the FCT and depending on the time it might be more wise rather to visit the First Class lounge.
