A lot of twist and turns thought parking lots/garages but it's a fairly short walk to Century Blvd. If you have carry-ons only and feeling adventurous, within 10-15 minutes walking distance, including an extra 5 minutes if you have never done it before

I use LAX airport hotels as my overnight stopover transit. I walk every time.
