Agree that it’s easier to give good service in a light load F than busy other cabins. I did challenge myself to make sure I was giving the Golden Ticket for the personal service and not the cabin, but every interaction with this stewardess was great so definitely not just the cabin.

Not sure if mixfleet or WW - crew were generally quite young if that provides any clues?
